In 2009, Danapha planned to build Research & Development Center on a construction site of 1.100 m2. At this time, Danapha was the first enterprise investing in building a completed large-scale R&D center in Vietnam.
After a year and a half of implementing, a modern and well – equipped R&D center. The inside space is divided into 2 areas, including ad/ministration area and research & testing one which got GMP-WHO standard. With this high investment in equipment and machines, R&D center would have enough ability to do not only moderate researchs but also pharmacy-specialized researchs.

In addition to investment in material base, management structure of R&D center was also changed to correspond to its scale. Based on R&D department, R&D Center took more important responsibilities and became the key factor in Danapha’s development.

Moreover, to meet the needs of high qualified staff for R&D center, Danapha not only organized many training course to improve current staffs’ qualifications but also attracted talents from the outside. Thanks to attractive human resource policy, Danapha recruited many excellent pharmaceutical students, Master, Doctor, Associate Professor and Professor who contributed to the stable growth of Danapha through economic crisis.
