(DNP - 08/06/2016) - On August 6th 2016, at the Lang Co Beach took out the most awaited event of 2016 for Danapha members - team building "We are Danapha - We Are One". Nearly 300 Danapha members divided into five teams with the colors green, blue, yellow, orange, red and gathered at the beach has made this area a brilliant and busy with blue sea a sunny yellow.

 

 

The 2016 Danapha Summer Team Building program has been really "hot" right after the start the game on Facebook to learn about Danapha and predict winning teams. It is the simple game has connected 57 members of each team from different departments, regardless of gender or age level as well as position for the main program takes place on August 6th.

 

 

Despite the hot weather, members have participated the game with enthusiasm and spirit of rocket fuel. Four outdoor games including crossing uninterruptedly battlefield - water flowing to resources - human rollers – Walking by A ladder, requires tactics, skill and ingenuity of the individual as well as the coordinated gentle and trust between the team members. After all the competition, rankings were different, but the highest achievement by single team makes up the general picture of Danapha “COLLABORATIVE STRENGTH”. This is the main message of the program and also is what every business wants to be succeeded and reach further development.

 

In summary teambuilding night and campfire activities, the most impressive images and remaining so long in the hearts of each Danapha member is the director stood inside the circle of staffs, flamed Danapha fire and the people chanted "WE ARE DANAPHA - WE ARE ONE". In an emotional moment, the all of Danapha members understand the share of corporate leaders on collective strength, the gained achievements and ambitious development in the future.

 

After this program, each member of Danapha realized that every single one is an essential part, an important piece in the overall picture of the development of Danapha. Hopefully, the team building "We are Danapha - We Are One" has brought to members of Danapha a memorable summer vacation.
