(DNP - 21/9/2016) - On 21st September, Danang Hi-Tech Park (DHTP) Board of Management has officially handed over the land of 7.7ha To Danapha, which is the start of building a VND1.5 trillion Nano Technology/Bio Technology factory and a Hi-tech research and development centre.

 

Mr Tran Van Hoang (Head of Planning, Construction and Environment Division) and an excutive has officially handed over 7.7 ha of land to Danapha and confirm the part of land for each phases. Danapha is the third company investing in 1,010 ha Hi-tech Park in Hoa Vang district, 20km west of the city and the first domestic investor since the park opened in 2013. The two former companies are Tokyo Keiki Precision Technology Inc and Niwa Foundry, with 100% captial from Japan.

 

As scheduled, Danapha will invest VND1.5 trillion (US$67 million) to build a complex dedicated to Nano Technology/Bio Technology and a Hi-tech research and development centre. The projects will be built on an area of 7.7ha in three phases between 2017-2021.

With this investment, Danapha will lead to higher effective and cheaper treatment solution for patiens in VietNam as well as contribute to bring our pharmaceutical industry out of the state of heavy dependence on foreign drugs.
