On 5th May, 2016, Danapha held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2016 at Danapha’s meeting room. Attending this meeting are representatives of Vietnam Pharmceutical Corporation, Danapha’s Board of Management and General Management as well as most of Danapha shareholders.

At the meeting, Danapha’s Board of Management report to all shareholders the company’s performance in 2015 and orientation for 2016. In addition, Associate Professor, Doctor Nguyen Thi Lien Hoa - Head of Supervisory Board reported the performance of Supervisory board, figured out the financial situation of Danapha and suggested solutions for improvement in 2016 as well as in far future.

Beside, the General Meeting voted for approval of share issue to raise authorized capital in 2016, audit company choosing, remunerations for Board of Management and Supervisory Board with 100% agreement.
