On 14th April, 2017, Danapha held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2017 at Danapha’s hall.

Attending this meeting are representatives of Vietnam Pharmceutical Corporation, Danapha’s Board of Management and General Management as well as most of Danapha shareholders.

At the meeting, Danapha’s Board of Management report to all shareholders the company’s performance in 2016 and orientation for 2017. In addition, Mr Nguyen Hoang Giang, Head of Supervisory Board reported the performance of Supervisory board, figured out the financial situation of Danapha and suggested solutions for improvement in 2017 as well as in far future.

Shareholders voted at The Annual General Meeting

Besides, shareholders also approved Danapha’s program of bond releasing, new audit company, remunerations for Board of Management and Supervisory Board with 100% agreement. Based on the forecast of 2017 and the operation of Board of Management, Danapha is expected to have a breakthrough in manufacturing and trading which then brings high benefits to all shareholders and investors.
