1. Composition
For 1 tablet
- Herba Phyllanthus urinariae extract: 100 mg
- Herba Adenosatis caerulei extract: 130 mg
- Herba Ecliptae extract: 50 mg
- Stigmata maydis extract: 50 mg
- Excipients q.s.f: 1 tablet
 
2. Indication
VG-5 is indicated in the following cases:
- Elevated SGPT, SGOT; declined liver function
- Chronic and cute hepatitis, especially hepatitis caused by hepatitis B virus
 
3.When to use VG5
- VG5 is indicated for patients with elevated SGPT, SGOT; acute and chronic hepatitis; alcoholic hepatitis; hepatitis B
- VG5 is also used as a treatment for decreased liver function due to using medicine in long term (anti-tuberculous drugs, cancer drugs)

4. Why to use VG5
- VG5 is prepared from 4 medicinal herbs which has been proved their effects on liver: Herba Phyllanthus urinariae, Herba Adenosatis caerulei, Herba Ecliptae, Stigmata maydi. Especially, Herba Phyllanthus urinariae has been reported to be effective against hepatitis B.
- VG5 improve symptoms related to liver disease such as poor appetite, slow digestion, , flank pain, itch without causing any side effects.
- Clinical trial showed that 90% patients using VG5 had improvement in SGOT and SGPT.

5.How to use
Dosage
- Adult: 2 tablets a time, 2 times a day
- Children: 1/2 adult dosage
- Take the drug 30 minutes before meals
Notes
- Take VG5 everyday combining with eating liver-health foods and doing exercise gradually
- Elevated SGPT, SGOT and Hepatitis B patients use VG5 at least 90 days and 180 days, respectively
